The role of the cluster system in improving the professional training of engineers in Uzbekistan
Abstract
The article examines the relevance of implementing a cluster system into the educational sphere of Uzbekistan in the context of globalization and technological progress. The cluster model is viewed as an effective mechanism for interaction between science, education, and business, contributing to the training of qualified specialists who meet modern labor market requirements. Main attention is paid to the theoretical foundations of the cluster system, its advantages for improving the quality of engineering education, as well as mechanisms for creating synergy between various participants in the educational process. The relevance of the topic is driven by the need to modernize engineering education in Uzbekistan in the context of the country's integration into the global economy. The research results can contribute to increasing the competitiveness of future specialists, as well as ensuring sustainable interaction between science, education, and business.
