The relationship between historical truth and artistic interpretation in Muhammad Ali's novel the “Eternal sun”
Abstract
This article examines the relationship between historical truth and fiction in the historical novel "Mangu Quyosh" ("Eternal Sun") by the People's Writer of Uzbekistan Muhammad Ali. It also analyzes the characteristics of the historical novel genre, sources, and the artistic and aesthetic principles that guided the author in creating the character of Alisher Navoi during the period of independence. The work highlights the author's mastery of depicting historical figures, his creative intent, the role of historical facts and materials in the work, and the stylistic features of the language.
