To the editor sent articles review and publication to grow order

1. The rules for submitting a manuscript to the journal are set out on the following website: journal.uniep.uz
2. All manuscripts undergo a review process within 1-2 weeks (sometimes less) after being registered with the journal editorial office.
3. Reviewers of scientific articles are, as a rule, elected permanent members of the editorial board. In some cases, scientific articles are reviewed by specialists who are familiar with their field of study and are known for their scientific work in specific areas of economics.
4. The decision to appoint a reviewer for the article is made by the editor-in-chief or his deputy.
5. The manuscript version of the article (without the authors' surnames and workplaces) is sent to the reviewers by the editorial office together with a special letter.
6. If the review is not positive, a reasoned rejection will be sent to the author within 10 (ten) days. In this case, the reviewer's name will not be specified in accordance with ethical rules.
7. When additions and changes are required to the article (the deadline for making changes is 1-2 weeks, with a maximum of 1 month), the authors will be sent a letter in this case. Within this period, the authors will re-send the modified version of the article to the designated reviewer for re-review.
8. In case of refusal by the authors to make changes and publish the article, they must notify the editorial board about this situation. If the authors do not send the revised version of the article to the editorial board after the expiration of the 1-month period, this article will be removed from the list of articles planned for publication. The editorial board will send a letter to the authors about this situation (the article has been removed from registration). Manuscripts sent to the editorial board will not be returned.
9. In case the authors do not accept the reviewer's conclusion, upon their request, the editorial board may resend the article to another reviewer or group of reviewers for a more precise expert opinion. In such cases, all expert opinions received on the article will be widely discussed at a meeting of the editorial board members, and the final editorial decision will be communicated to the authors within 10 (ten) working days after the meeting.
10. For articles that have not passed the review process (even if the specified changes have been made), the authors may be given an additional period (up to 2 months) to review the article again, after which the article will be sent to the expert for re-review. If the expert's opinion is not positive for the third time, the article will not be submitted for review, and the authors will be sent a letter within 10 (ten) days stating that the article will not be published.
11. Articles that have received positive reviews and been approved by the editorial board will be published in the next issue of the journal (approximately 1-2 months later), and the editorial board will notify the authors of their publication.

Sincerely, Editor-in-Chief, Khalilov Nurullo Khamidillaevich
